In Mind x Breath, participants are put on an EEG Headset (Muse Headband) that measures their live brain wave activity. Through audio instructions, the participants are asked to breathe in different rhythms to experience different states of mind. Their state of mind is then visualised through a laser projection.
The calmer the circle, the calmer the state of mind. See how the circle changes with the different breathing patterns and finally ends with a calm state of mind.
In a society where we do not take the time to “breathe” and often only try out something when it has a pay off, it is important for people to see and experience the benefits of deep breathing.
